team226 (the “operator”) explains what personal data Rental Flow processes, why it is processed, how it is stored, and what rights users have. Privacy questions and rights requests: 99shj9442@gmail.com.
1. Information we process and why
- Google account information: the account identifier, name, and email address provided during Google sign-in. Used to sign you in, identify the account, and separate on-device work data by account. Rental Flow does not receive or store your Google password.
- Rental work information: the workspace, products and groups, bookings, work records, issues, customer names and contact details, notes, signatures, amounts, and checklist responses that you enter. Used to manage bookings, carry out handover and return work, and review history.
- Photos: the original work photos you take or select. They are stored in this device's app storage, and work records may contain an on-device identifier that links to a photo.
Rental work information and original photos stay only on this device and are not sent to the operator's server. We do not use a server database for this data, central backups, remote error collection, or push notification token registration. We do not use advertising SDKs, tracking based on advertising identifiers, or location tracking. We do not sell personal data or provide it for advertising.
2. External transmission
The only personal information that leaves the device is the account information needed for Google sign-in. During sign-in, Google account information and authentication tokens are sent to Google Firebase Authentication.
Cross-border transfer
- Recipient: Google LLC. Countries: the United States and other countries where Google operates. Items: account identifier, name and email address, authentication tokens. When and how: transmitted over the network at sign-in and session refresh. Purpose: Google sign-in authentication. Retention: per Google's service-specific policies. How to refuse: without Google sign-in you cannot use features that require signing in.
Google may process this information in the countries where it operates, including outside your country. Google's policies govern its processing and retention. Google Privacy Policy · Firebase privacy information
3. When you enter customer information
Rental businesses must provide any required notice and have a lawful basis for customer information entered in the app. Do not enter sensitive or uniquely identifying information that the work does not require. Customers can ask the rental business that entered their information to access, correct, or delete it.
4. Retention and deletion
Work information and photos remain on this device until the user deletes them, and individual records have no uniform automatic expiry.
- Delete account in Settings deletes the Rental Flow sign-in account from Firebase Authentication together with work information and photos on this device. It does not delete the user's Google account.
- Delete data on this device in Settings deletes work information and photos on this device. It does not delete the Rental Flow sign-in account or the user's Google account.
- Deleting the app or clearing its app storage removes work information and photos stored on the device. They cannot be recovered.
- JSON files already exported are not deleted by the app's deletion functions. The user must manage and delete them from their saved locations.
The operator has no server copy or backup of work data and cannot restore deleted on-device data. If you cannot use the app and need to delete your account, see the account deletion guide.
5. Export and import
Users can export and import work data as a JSON file in Settings. The user chooses where an exported file is saved or shared and is responsible for storing, protecting, and deleting the file and for making a backup before import. Original photos are not included in the JSON export.
6. Your choices and rights
Users can view, edit, and delete the work information they entered and can delete the account or on-device data in Settings. Requests concerning Google sign-in account information, or questions when the app cannot be used, can be sent to 99shj9442@gmail.com. We may request the minimum information needed to verify identity. Notifications and camera or photo access can be changed in device settings.
7. Security
Work information and photos are stored in app-specific device storage. App data is excluded from Android system backup and device-to-device transfer. Google sign-in uses encrypted connections. Users should keep a device lock and operating system security updates enabled and protect exported JSON files from access by others.
8. Children and policy changes
Rental Flow is designed for businesses and staff who manage rental work, not for children. If important details such as the information processed, purposes, or storage method change, we will give notice of the changes and effective date in the app or on the policy page and obtain separate consent where required.
