Delete your Rental Flow account
This English text is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version (국문) at /delete-account.html governs.
You delete your account from Settings → Delete account in the Android app. This does not delete your Google account.
What is deleted
- The Rental Flow sign-in account (Firebase Authentication)
- Workspace information, products and groups, bookings, customer contacts, work records and photos stored on this device
- Registered handover and return notifications and the home screen widget content
Work data is stored only on this device, so it cannot be recovered once deleted. JSON files you already exported are not removed by the app's deletion functions; delete them from your saved locations.
To remove only the on-device data, use Delete data on this device in Settings. The sign-in account and your Google account stay as they are.
If you cannot use the app, email 99shj9442@gmail.com to request account deletion. We process it after verifying your identity.
Request deletion by email
